Holy Week

During Holy Week, we journey through the final days of Jesus' life, remembering the teachings, sacrifice and ultimate triumph over death. It's a time of deep reflection, worship and anticipatory joy.

Join us as we gather in community for special services and meaningful celebrations from Palm Sunday through Easter.

Palm Sunday

On Palm Sunday, we remember and celebrate Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem, welcomed with shouts of joy and waving palm branches.

Join us on Sunday, April 13 at 10 a.m. in the sanctuary for a worship service including a procession of children, waving palms in celebration.

Maundy Thursday

On Maundy Thursday, we reflect on Jesus’ final evening with the disciples, sharing the Last Supper and giving the commandment to love one another.

Join us on Thursday, April 17 at 7 p.m. for a service featuring "Come to the Cross and Remember," a cantata performed by our Chancel Choir. As the journey to the cross unfolds, vivid reminders of sacrificial love will be brought to the altar through images, creating a meaningful tableau.

We will also share Communion. At the United Methodist Church, all are welcome at the Lord’s table! It is a place where we experience the love of God! We offer bread and gluten-free wafers with grape juice.
