Job Summary
The Nursery Associate provides childcare for parents attending group meetings or services.
This role involves actively engaging with children, leading activities, using creativity to teach weekly lessons and sharing Jesus with each child.
The position is for 5 to 10 hours per week, with a pay rate of $15 per hour.
Qualifications:

Childcare experience preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively with staff, parents and children.

Dedicated and dependable to work assigned shifts.

Must be available to work two of the following shifts:

Wednesday: 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Thursday: 6 - 8 p.m.

Monday: 6 - 8 p.m.
-
Sunday: 8:30 - 11:30 a.m.

Essential Responsibilities and Expectations:
Position-Specific:
-
18 years old or older.
-
Provide safety and supervision of children.
-
Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities and lessons.

Work effectively with various volunteer and staff personalities in a classroom setting.

Communicate regularly with parents, co-workers, and coordinators in a positive manner.

Maintain CPR and Safe Gatherings certifications (training provided by the church).

Perform other duties as assigned.
